Papasha leads all Products Managing in RIS Global Development HUB, He joined RIS in 2012, From 2012 to 2016 he serves as RIS Sr Software Engineer and was a driving force behind every success of RIS Projects. In 2017 he became the Product Manager; his excellency in reporting and escalates to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with clients. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, he trains the upcoming future developers by guiding and explaining the problem solving ideas technically. He holds a M.Sc in Computer Science from Andhra University-Visakhapatnam, He is expertise in Microsoft Technologies.

Nanditha leads all Administrative activities at RIS Global Development HUB, She joined RIS in 2014 as a Jr Officer. From 2014 to 2016 She serves all Business Activities for the company, She has excelled in all Import and Exports works, dealing with all Customs Clearance Process, specially for DG shipments. Form 2017 she became the Administration Manager taking care of all SEZ activities, Recruitment activities, holding a key position in the company of communications with various departments. She was one of the driving force behind RIS Successful Business Activities. Nanditha holds a Graduate Degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra University.

ANS Appala Naidu leads all Financial activities at RIS Global Development HUB, He joined RIS in 2014 as a Jr Accounts Officer. From 2014 to 2016 He serves all Financial Activities of the company. He has successfully done all the Tax Audits for the company and given training to the new joined staff in Accounts Section. Form 2017 he became the Sr Accountant taking care of all Accounting activities and Taxation issues. He holds a key position in the company in doing prompt Payments. He was one of the driving force behind RIS Successful Financial Activities. In 2018 He became the company's Financial Manager, responsible for prompt delivery and Accountability of RIS Finance globally. Naidu holds a Masters Degree in Master of Commerce from Andhra University.

Dr Fred Amankwah-Sarfo is an experienced business development expert with demonstrated record of working in the information technology service industry. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information Systems, MBA in Management Information Systems and BSc in Business Administration degrees from University of Ghana. He has over 25 years of experience in IT training services for private and public sector organizations and 6 years academic research. Fred has several years of managerial experience. He was the chief operations officer and business development manager at Mass Telecommunications Innovation (MTI) Ghana Ltd, where he developed strategic plans and coordinated implementation to meet service level agreements with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Prior to that, Fred was a business development manager at Ghana India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT, the premier Advanced Information Technology Institute in Ghana. At Kofi Annan ICT centre, he organised ICT training programs, capacity building seminars, consultancy services and digital business portfolios. He also developed and implemented business growth strategy which led to financial gains and client satisfaction. Fred is a member of Association for Information Systems and The Internet Society. He plays leadership roles and serve on committees. He was the President of Doctoral Researchers Association, a member of University of Ghana Council, UGBS Doctoral Development and Procurement Entity Committees. In 2018, Fred was the team lead and convener of the maiden University of Ghana Doctoral Forum. The forum discussed and offered recommendations for improvement in PhD training in Ghana. His research papers are published in American Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS), and IFIP 8.6 conference proceedings, information systems journal and book chapters.

Mrs. ALLEN VAN DEN BERG is an experienced Management expert with strong record of work experience over 28 years in IT, Pharma, Civil & Marketing industry. She holds a MARKETING DIPLOMA (Allenby Campus, Gauteng). She is the 1st woman partner in Smart Card Society South Africa who supplied the first smart card units tollgates to Carnival City, She worked as a Partner for the Hologram project for Sun International, Participated as a Event Organiser for Various Campaigns at USA, South Africa & India using Hologram Technology. She is appointed as partner contractor - Project for Biometric Control System for airports, land and seaports. Presently she holds the Country Director for Rashmitha Information Systems – South Africa. She has strong will, versatile and capable to handle situations under pressure.
